First and foremost, the food was tremendous. Tomato stacks, seared tuna, crab cakes, grilled all-natural ribeye, fresh grouper, apple pie, chocolate decadence, spinach risotto, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes...this was a "wow" meal, custom created for our group of 17. Jamie even made pasta and homemade chicken tenders for the 5 youngsters in our group. But I must say that a great part of what really made our experience with Chef Jamie so pleasurable was his friendly, flexible, easy to work with and very professional approach (the same goes for Lindsey, who was our server for the evening). Coming up with a menu that will satisfy the tastes and needs of 5 couples requires patience, creativity and flexibility and Jamie has those in abundance. Arriving about 4 hours before the meal, Jamie created this wonderful dining experience for my family, and then quickly and quietly cleaned up and returned the kitchen to its original condition. We wouldn't change a thing. This guy is no flake and no primadonna - he just puts on a great dinner! Highly recommended.
