Why fight traffic and long lines at a restaurant when you could stay at home and have a chef come to you?

    My goal is to provide an exquisite dining experience in the comfort of your vacation home.

Cafe` 111 Personal Chef Service provides in-house cooking services for parties of up to twenty five.  You provide plates, silverware and the beverages of choice.  I will handle all of the shopping, clean-up, and provide linens.

    The "typical" Cafe` 111 evening consists of three to five courses containing two to three appetizer/salad selections, up to two entrées, and dessert.  Check out my menu ideas page to see some sample items. 

Ask about adding live music to complete the evening.
